You Are The Hero of Your Story

Rules to travel by:

Always do research on the places you visit - this can include asking people you know who have traveled there

Remember, it never hurts to ask - if there is a line or there are no available reservations online, it doesn’t hurt to walk up to the entrance and ask. always make sure to mention that you are from out of town!

If possible talk to locals - this is where I tend to get the best information. uber drivers, staff, etc. not the hotel concierge or folks trying to get your attention in the streets they give all the bad tourist info.

Lastly - you are the hero of your story and of your vacations. so make sure to outline your expectations before you go. you cannot execute against a plan that never existed! A part of that plan should carve out time to just relax, nothing i worse than a vacation where you never actually just chill!

Secluded beach in Boca del toro

What it means to relax - relaxing looks different to everyone, for me its spending time at an amazing beach, soaking in the sun and sipping some a light wine! Of course I also never miss an opportunity for a fun photoshoot :)
